WHAT IS THE INTERNET INSTALLATION PROCEDURE? HOW UNLIMITEDFIBER IS CONSTRUCTED TO THE APARTMENT?
If UnlimitedFiber is already available in your building we extend absolutely new fiber-optic line to your apartment, bring the cable into your flat and install our Optical Network Terminal equipment (ONT). ONT is connected to both electric power receptacle and fiber-optic cable. After that, we connect ONT and our Wi-Fi router with the help of CAT5 cable.
HOW QUICKLY CAN UNLIMITEDFIBER SERVICE BE INSTALLED?
If UnlimitedFiber is already available in your building, your lead time is 3-5 days.
MAY I USE MY PERSONAL WI-FI ROUTER FOR UNLIMITEDFIBER SERVICES?
Our Wi-Fi router MicroTik is highly recommended to be used with our equipment as we guarantee its quality and provide all the necessary services to help you with your home network. MicroTik is ready to use, no additional services needed. Moreover, more than 10 devices might work simultaneously. You are allowed to use your personal Wi-Fi router, but in that case we will not be able to guarantee the quality of Wi-Fi signal at your home. Your router must have WAN Ethernet port with speed 100/1000 Mbit/sec. We will provide necessary services only for Optical Network Terminal equipment.
